i’m an apprentice at adi mechanical and my day to day varies quite a bit due to the number of sites we work at and i like that because you get to meet new faces and get more experience
i’ve learnt a countless number of skills at adi
i really enjoy my apprenticeship because i love a lot of the people i work with and they show me a lot of new things
it’s quite well structured as i haven’t ran into any issues
i receive a good amount of support
i receive quite a lot of support from my training provider as they always try to put stuff in place to help me out
it’ll teach me all the skills i need to succeed in my role
there are a lot of volunteering events to help the public sometimes there are dragon boat races

it’s a great company to work for, they look after you and teach you all the skills you need
