Litter picking, pot holes sometimes, maintain hard stand, Vehicle movements, clean the gritters, Clean the vans.
I have learnt health and safety, cat and jenny, traffic management, airlock course.
Its okay most of the time but we don't do what we need to do to pass the college course.
College is well organized/structured but my work isn't very well organized as we dont do what we are supposed to do for our college course.
Yeah good support whenever i ask a question always tries to help however he can.
Yeah good support all the time always seems like they are determined to help me and everyone else.
The monthly sessions provides me with knowledge and skills which can carry forward into the workplace to keep me safe
