Since starting at VWFS I've had an amazing time meeting colleagues and getting a deeper dive into the company as a whole. Although it was a slow start, my responsibilities in different projects have been increasing. I've also booked myself onto a few personal development days to increase my understanding of different subjects. I think its really important for a company to not only help with work growth as well as personal growth and VWFS have done this perfectly! I have yet to begin my studies, this is due to the training provider not VWFS, but I'm already learning and I'm looking forward to starting!
Yes! As mentioned VWFS are very good at helping develop personal skills as well as work skills. My team are also good at helping me develop my skills.
I haven't Started it yet. But I'm very exited to start!
I haven't started my programme as of yet. But the structure on the work side is very good.
I receive a lot of aid from VWFS. Not only have they ensured that team I've moved into fits perfectly with the course I will be doing. But my team are always happy to help and teach me how to do things that may come up in my course.
As I haven't started yet I cannot fully say, But from what I've heard I should be receiving a large amount of support from my training provider if I need it.
Since starting I've noticed my team use a lot of the techniques that I will be learning through my qualification. I know that once my qualification is completed I will have a deeper understanding on those techniques and be able to apply them.
There are plenty of social activities as well as professional networking events. Social activities are usually quite relaxed, and there is no pressure to go if you don't want to, but these occur a couple times a month so I unable to go to all of them.
Yes
I really enjoy the people that I work with. My Manager is lovely and has made me feel at home within the team. VWFS are also very good with professional and personal development, which makes them outstanding.
Hearing back from them may take a month or two after first applied, but they will get back to you. Be yourself, they enjoy a friendly face that will fit into the team but also be able to act professional. If you have a video interview its okay to misspeak, I did and my manager still talks about it to this day as it gave him a laugh.
