Currently I am doing training, this is due to clearance checks needing to be complete to start client work. However it has been very enjoyable and everyone has been very friendly and helpful
I have learnt lots of new skills throughout my training.
I am really enjoying my programme, it has really gotten me out of my shell and helped with my confident a lot!
It has been very organised
We have received a massive amount of support from our employer, they constantly check in on us, making sure we are alright and checking if we need any help or support.
They have been very good, giving us detailed feedback when marking our work and having regular drop in sessions.
It has helped me gain a better understanding of my role, and has also given me useful skills which will be beneficial to my role and also personal life too
There are a bunch of activities they do, such as coffee lunch sessions, sponsored walks and other social events together. However, with me being further away from my colleagues I am unable to attend all of them which is unfortunate
Yes
They have been incredibly supportive throughout this entire process and have given me a fantastic opportunity to get the future I want
Be yourself, be sociable, and enjoy yourself, everyone is very friendly and understanding so there is no benefit of hiding yourself and who you are, if you don't have certain skills or don't know anything they are there to support you. Very good company!
