Yes, I have learnt not just about my college course but also about the automotive industry and different areas in the business. I have also developed my artistic skills and using new medias and materials.
I enjoy my apprenticeship quite significantly, I have learnt a lot of new skills and also developed on past skills as well. I like the fact I am able to explore and experience other areas in the business on placements.
The structure and timetabling of the program is good and I have never queried what jobs/department I am meant to be working with, I am always supported by my main managers.
I receive 1-1 meetings/reviews with both my main manager every month and also reviews with my college mentor every 4 months.
I receive 1-1 meetings every 4 months, and plenty of support and apprentice course advice
The course I do at Thathcam is quite different from the process we use at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars but i always make the most out of my block releases at Thatcham ready for my EPA.
The odd school event here and there.
