I work on the production line building cars
excel, communication, time keeping, discipline, team work
I really enjoy certain aspects of working at Rolls-Royce such as the positive atmosphere within the plant, the dedication shown by 99% of the team here, the interactive opportunities and ease to get stuck in with new tasks.
I'd say the general programme is well structured and made very clear at most times. However, there have been a few times where there have been mix-ups between work and college in terms of what we will be doing on certain days and how long for
The support here is extremely good and i don't think it could really be much better
Once again, the support at college was amazing
It teaches me the main principles that Rolls-Royce strive towards and helps me become accustomed to the expected standards.
there has been football teams that have been put together by associates. There is also the opportunity to help out with the green goblin project which is based at the local school nearby.

i believe it can be a very good opportunity to build general knowledge but also to build a strong character.
