  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • For the most part I really enjoy the programme especially when I am at RRMC. The training provider is not as good of an experience with a lack of organisation and communication between work and uni. However, in work I love every second

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Again, from the work side the programme is well structured and fairly well organised. I have had no issues with planning activities with my manager and for the most part the HR advisors are very helpful. This has massively improved since last year. However, university organisation is fairly poor.
