  • My role is to correct any faults on the vehicle that have occurred during the production process, it could be part issues, poor fitment or damage.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes i have learnt many networking skills as well as gained an understating for electrical features and HV vehicles. I have built on my practical skills as well as data analytical skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the freedom of being able to explore different areas as well as meet new people. There is so much opportunity to get involved in events and learn new things.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My course is very well structured. There is clear communication between my workplace and my college. The support we receive in the workplace and college is great! Any concerns or questions, there is always someone there for me.

  • I receive lots of support from HR and my home department.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive lots of support, we have a learning coach that keeps in contact with us when were in work, as well as, when attending college the tutors are very helpful.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Yes, although within the course we work on cars that are not Rolls Royce's, it builds my confidence when working and certain principles and methods are the same universally.

  • Yes i have been involved in many career events, residential trips tours

  • I have grown so much as a person since being here.

  • Show enthusiasm! You can learn skills from the apprenticeship but you can't learn a good attitude.
