I am a year 2 Quality Apprentice, working in the woodshop, where I follow different supporting projects surrounding the Quality of parts we are producing. At the moment I have been looking into different reporting apps and creating different dashboards to support the woodshop, such as power bi.
I have learnt many new manufacturing skills from my time at chichester college throughout my course and craft skills, also within the work place through the placements within the woodshop, I picked up many valuable soft and hard skills such as the different reporting apps and soft skills like communication and teamworking.
I really enjoy my apprenticeship, and feel like I am well supported throughout the entire program, always people to help whenever I have issues.
My programme, is very well structured for example during my placements I am very well supported my Aisling Copeland who helps me the whole way through my Apprenticeship and is always there if I need any support.
I recieve a good amount of support from my employer which has shown improvement due to the added number of support from Apprentice Advisers like Darren.
I have received adequate support from Chichester College for my qualification, enough to pass the qualification but could do with improvement.
I believe the course had some good points but could of gone into other topics more relevant to work
Yes there is loads of school events and clear when they are and plenty of outside of work opportunitties to take part in.
Yes
I have recommended RRMC to other people due to the vast amount of different benefits and experience you can gain.
I would say be yourself and dont try to fill a persona that you believe they may be looking for.
