building to the 30 minute takt on the assembly line i currently am on a placement in CR-T-45 which i am learning about different softwares excel SPLUNK etc
yes i have learnt a lot of new skills such as learning to co-operate and be included in to the team i have also learnt a lot of new software and IT skills such as excel SPLUNK Powerpoint ETC and communication skills ie how to speak professional
i enjoyed parts of the apprenticeship and i dis liked parts i think where i came straight from school i sort of had to find out what kind of thing i wanted to do in the future and what i picked wasnt really what i liked but overall it was good
this will be slightly lower as at the start of the apprenticeship it was really unorganised in terms of training provider and uniform and laptops etc
there was a lot of support needed due to poor organisation but i feel that the support needed was met and was really good but i feel like if it was organised cocrrectly there wouldnt need to be so much support
there was a lot of support towards qualifications for example i didnt get english gcse and they supported me the whole way through that on the other hand regarding to the actual course i would say that it would be quite hard to get hold of graham at times at the start he openly said to us if we need to message him out of hours for help he will always be available and almost never was
it was completely irrelevant in terms of the skills at college compared to what we do in the work place
yes there are a lot of charity events school events and sporty events such as football
