Reviewing contracts, legal advice to business units within the company, drafting clauses in contracts, negotiating contracts with external companies and drafting legally privileged emails.
I have learned drafting techniques in contract drafting. I have learned how to negotiate contracts with external companies and I have learned how to identifying points in contracts that are onerous to us or the external company.
I love my programme
There is structure however, I believe this could be worked on.

I think it helps give you a bit of background however, most of the content I am learning currently is irrelevant for my current seat.
There are multiple activities available. I have attended many and have learned a great deal from them.
