    • Reviewing contracts, legal advice to business units within the company, drafting clauses in contracts, negotiating contracts with external companies and drafting legally privileged emails.

    • I have learned drafting techniques in contract drafting. I have learned how to negotiate contracts with external companies and I have learned how to identifying points in contracts that are onerous to us or the external company.

    • I love my programme

    • There is structure however, I believe this could be worked on.

    • I receive a great amount of support from SSE

    • I think it helps give you a bit of background however, most of the content I am learning currently is irrelevant for my current seat.

    • There are multiple activities available. I have attended many and have learned a great deal from them.

    • There is a great culture within the company. They are extremely supportive and there is a great atmosphere for progression and growth.
