learning production processes
communication skills and overall practical skills and initiative
I enjoy the wide range of tasks and skills there are to offer during my apprenticeship and i really enjoy the work i do at college and working on little projects at work for it.
the communication between college and work could be better and the structure of placements around the work place could be better organized
my employer is very supportive of my needs
my training provider is very helpful and is great at teaching me all the important small details in craft can sometimes talk alot though
not much because my college course has no correlation to what i do at work
somtimes not very often though, this could be much better
Yes
