    • I enjoy the wide range of tasks and skills there are to offer during my apprenticeship and i really enjoy the work i do at college and working on little projects at work for it.

    • the communication between college and work could be better and the structure of placements around the work place could be better organized

    • my employer is very supportive of my needs

    • my training provider is very helpful and is great at teaching me all the important small details in craft can sometimes talk alot though

    • not much because my college course has no correlation to what i do at work

    • somtimes not very often though, this could be much better

    • they are a very good employer and its a great experience, and it looks good on your cv to say that you've worked at rolls royce

    • prepare yourself to early starts. and be professional
