Within my role, each day is different, I work on different projects, as well as with different business functions.

Skills included: professional skills - such as presentation skills, different proactivity, interpersonal skills, agility, adaptability.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I massively enjoy the programme, I find it really insightful and enjoy networking across the business

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well, the programme itself is structured across all aspects - the university work, the host employer's work

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive support both professionally and in my personal life - if I ever need help or support with the work I am completing, i can easily ask anyone for support

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots of support, if i need any help i can ask anyone

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that my qualification with my training provider helps me within my role, although sometimes I do find that it doesn't necessarily relate to the pharma industry as specifically.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

At the host employer we have different CRGs (Colleague Resource Groups) that we can join, which personally i think is brilliant for doing those "extra things" outside of work
