This makes is easy to reach out and ask for help.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • At the beginning I was confused as to what was going on. There was a lot of information at the start and I found it really difficult to digest and remember everything. I enjoyed the sessions where the apprentices all came in as it was really useful to utilise other peoples skills after making friends.
