AS I have been on the apprenticeship now for 10 months, I still have not been provided a role and am still stuck doing Knowledge Management, like I have for the past 4 years.
Only from my study work which I never got until January even through I started the apprenticeship in June the previous year
As I haven't been given any on the job training I am unable to answer this question
The college work is well structured. The actual work aspect of it I can not say as nothing has been provided to me in 10 months.
As I haven't been provided a role I am unable to answer this question.
QA have been great for the college work I am currently doing, which is a big change from the amount of support I received from them last year on my 1 year apprenticeship
I hope it will be beneficial, but until I can put some of the learning in to practice, as my current role has nothing to do with what I am studying, I am not really able to say
They do networking events but these are generally for people that live in Inverness or close to it as these are at night and the local transport for the outer area is poor so I am unable to travel to these.
Yes
They have been a good employer over my time here, but would I recommend anyone doing the apprenticeship is another thing. It maybe because I have had a really poor experience with it but I am not so sure.
Make sure that what you are told you will be going to do is what you are actually going to do
