    • As a second-year apprentice in Amazon's Finance programme, I can confidently say this has been an exceptional experience. One of the standout features is the rotational nature of the programme, allowing apprentices to gain hands-on experience across finance, accounting, and tax roles. This variety provides a comprehensive understanding of different financial functions within a global organization. The support system has been outstanding. My managers have been incredibly supportive, providing thorough training and guidance to ensure I develop the necessary skills to excel in my role. What sets Amazon apart is its commitment to innovation - working with cutting-edge technology and AI tools has helped me develop future-proof skills that are highly relevant in today's rapidly evolving financial landscape. Another major plus is the strong apprentice community. Being surrounded by like-minded individuals, both in finance and other departments, creates an engaging learning environment and excellent networking opportunities. The social aspect of the programme has made the experience even more enjoyable, as I've formed great friendships with fellow apprentices.
