An Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations by leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, managing stock levels, and meeting sales targets. They assist with training, health and safety, and administrative tasks while stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

Leadership skills and people management. Improving and developing how to drive sales and improving confidence to communicate with the team and most importantly customers

Really enjoyed the programme. Gave me a new insight it my role and the skills to improve and progress.

Exceptionally and I had to take a break from learning through illness which was an easy process. The support received when I restarted the programme was fantastic and allowed my to complete the course without any issues.

Fantastic through my break from learning due to illness and the transition on my return to the programme was done with easy

I got exactly as much as I wanted or needed. I didn’t need too much support but if I needed support I felt I could easily ask for more

I use the skills daily and feel I have improved in all facets of my work.
