  • All content relevant to job role, manageable work load. Practical and informative. Allowances made for learning styles and preferred method of communication

  • Great organisation, aware of course content and timeline from beginning. Course works at pace that works for you

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Great support, hours for learning booked in to rota and can be worked in store or at home dependant on preference. When reaching out to colleague in store or head office, everyone responds quickly, with great advice or support. Fantastic company for interdepartmental cooperation.

  • Excellent support, check on your wellbeing throughout and will do all they can to help you reach your goals

  • Confidence in my own abilities and thought processes, learning how to self reflect and plan ahead. Confidence to change coaching styles in order to help support team and encourage their growth within the company
