  • Oversea the kitchen and small team in producing breakfast and dinner for our hotel guests. I will also cook. I am also learning the foh as well as the hotel side of this.

  • I have just completed my first aid training and I will be learning all the other systems within the hotel.

  • Really good and informative. It is providing useful information to help also develop my team

  • Very well balanced and great support from managers and coaches

  • My manager has been great in providing support where needed and information.

  • My training coach has been supportive, with contact available through messages, teams, email at all times

  • The qualification will help not only develop my skills but allows me to develop my team and others with the skills learnt

  • We have team meetings every so often and our teams group for information
