To help run a store by managing staff members. This role includes many different aspects of training, including cash management, stock reports, administration, etc.
I have learnt many new skills in management itself, alongside developing existing skills in such things as customer care.
The programme itself is quite good though is hard work.
The lifetime programme is structured well in terms of learning on off the job hours, but ALDI lacks in on job training.
I recently have received a lot more support than previous with my employers but this lacked at the begining of my contract.
Most support is given on on the job training but little on off the job training such as e-learning.
The qualification itself has helped me improve in my role as a manager through new information and insight into customer care and experience, etc.

From personal experience the store I work in is full of friendly staff, the job itself gives me a more hands on experience.
The job entails a lot of physical work compared to other organisations.
