I work on various different projects which help me develop technical skills, software skills, and learn about sustainability and the environment.
Yes a lot of different skills, I learn something new in every project.
I enjoy it a lot and it helps me learn new things, understand how the industry works and network.
There have been some organisational issues at the start of each year for my training provider but apart from that it is structured well.
I receive a lot of support and have weekly check-ins.
I receive a fair amount of feedback.
A lot of the things I learn at university help me work on numerous projects, including skills working with different softwares.
