Developed existing skills. I had over 20 years of customer service experience, and 15 years of management experience before starting this course.
The course as a whole felt like a "hoop to jump through" since I already carry a level 3 in management.
Very organised course, just felt a little pointless to me
This side of the course was very good, I was given a full day every week to work on my course.

Good atmosphere to work in, low staff turnover so the majority of the team know their jobs really well.
Be honest with your answers, it's obvious when people aren't.
