  • Developed existing skills. I had over 20 years of customer service experience, and 15 years of management experience before starting this course.

  • The course as a whole felt like a "hoop to jump through" since I already carry a level 3 in management.

  • Very organised course, just felt a little pointless to me

  • This side of the course was very good, I was given a full day every week to work on my course.

  • I received as much support as I needed

  • I already had a level 3 in management, combined with over 15 years managerial experience.

  • Not that I am aware of.

  • Yes

  • Good atmosphere to work in, low staff turnover so the majority of the team know their jobs really well.

  • Be honest with your answers, it's obvious when people aren't.
