My Work Experience involved Planning, Team Co-ordination, Resource Management, Risk Management. i would identify the resources required for the works, communicate with in the team ensuring we all met our deadlines. I was also aware of the risk management involved throughout the projects, keeping an eye on the changes that could affect the timeline of works.
the training and skills i learnt were planning and scheduling, breaking down tasks into manageable tasks. creating budgets, communication with customers. problem solving and decision making
i Enjoyed my work experience as seeing a project through from start to finish and watching it come to life was very fulfilling. Been with in a team that works together effectively and meets or exceeds expectations.
