Apprenticeships Lead overseeing all apprenticeship provision, management of training providers and continual development of the proposition. Supporting apprentices across the business from application to achieving.
Lots! New technical skills from better utilisation of the data and digital tools available to drive efficiencies to behavioural skills such as stakeholder engagement.
