    • Apprenticeships Lead overseeing all apprenticeship provision, management of training providers and continual development of the proposition. Supporting apprentices across the business from application to achieving.

    • Lots! New technical skills from better utilisation of the data and digital tools available to drive efficiencies to behavioural skills such as stakeholder engagement.

    • Great programme. Extremely relevant content. Easily to apply learning back into role.

    • Very organised. Clear dates and facilitated learning planned in advance. Supportive Line Manager and Coach.

    • Supported with the time to complete my work, given the opportunity to feed my insights and work back into the wider team. My Line Manager checks in and attends all my reviews.

    • Fantastic support from a dedicated coach. Response to communication and happy to give further time on specific topics if required. Great resources with learning delivered in a variety of ways.

    • Given me a greater understanding of how to use the tools at my disposal to improve the efficiency of my work, great impactful data visualisations and support the business to make data driven decisions.
