My daily tasks include managing supplier performance, checking material to ensure conformance against predefined specifications, driving corrective actions, and handling customer claims.
I am learning how to manipulate and analyse data to benefit and improve the processes that we are using within the business.
I do enjoy the programme. It is challenging and I am learning a considerable amount that will be useful in my daily work.
The programme is very organised with a good balance of instructor-led learning and off-the-job async learning.
My employer is flexible enough to allow the time required for learning and helps me identify areas for projects that will benefit the company and my learning experience.
the training provider provides multiple ways to get support, including, 1 to 1 coaching sessions, group sessions, a messaging platform, a community page and optional course-related live sessions.
It will help me to better analyse, report on, and suggest improvements for the data that we are collecting.
