  • I'm very grateful to have a job but the experience can be frustrating as it is very bureaucratic, which takes away from my actual work, which I love

  • I feel I have learned the most by actually working with BBC teams and less from the classroom aspect of the apprenticeship

  • There are, but I don't partake in many of them. A lot of the apprentices are a lot younger than me
