Change Manager Review

As a Change Manager I'm responsible for evaluating and monitoring changes within Capgemini to ensure smooth transition of technical changes. I also offer advice and guidance on the Change Management process for new Change Requesters. I

I have developed existing skills like communication, problem solving and date analysis.

It has been very informative and has definitely helped me with my grasp of my new position in the Change Team.

Very well organised, the mixture of classroom learning and solo learning has been a big help in my studies.
