  • As a Change Manager I'm responsible for evaluating and monitoring changes within Capgemini to ensure smooth transition of technical changes. I also offer advice and guidance on the Change Management process for new Change Requesters. I

  • I have developed existing skills like communication, problem solving and date analysis.

  • It has been very informative and has definitely helped me with my grasp of my new position in the Change Team.

  • Very well organised, the mixture of classroom learning and solo learning has been a big help in my studies.

  • My employer are fantastic and ensure I get the right amount of support and time to carry out my apprenticeship coursework.

  • I receive a good level of support and they always get back to me quickly if I ever have queries about the assignments.

  • It has definitely been helpful in increasing my understanding of ITIL processes

  • There are monthly social events arranged to keep apprentices engaged.

  • I have worked for many organisations that are big on values but Capgemini are the first organisation i have worked for that put their money where their mouth is and actually put these into practice.

  • Just get involved, be curious, ask questions and learn something new every day.
