  • I wish there were more freedom and staff would treat you better and not see you as lesser just because you are an apprentice.

  • In all honesty, the qualification did not teach me anything useful that I didn't already learn through working with the company for over a year.

  • If you do feel passionate aboout the brand then it is a great place to work as the BBC does value the staff that values it.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BBC?
  • Get some sort of wrok experience in BBC or freelance beforehand - it is near impossible to get a job without it.
