I enjoy my work, I don't really enjoy the written side of the programme
at first not very well organised but as time went on it became much more structured.
plenty of support if needed and plenty given throughout training
plenty of support given, just some revision techniques near the end would be good
the qualification for our role has no benifit. you can get the exact same role within vmo2 without doing an apprenticeship and without needing any qualifications.
occasional work nights out, 6 a side football team which i started with people from work

be yourself. the interview process is long, and sometimes you'll feel like you're repeating yourself but just stick with it
