  • I enjoy my work, I don't really enjoy the written side of the programme

  • at first not very well organised but as time went on it became much more structured.

  • plenty of support if needed and plenty given throughout training

  • plenty of support given, just some revision techniques near the end would be good

  • the qualification for our role has no benifit. you can get the exact same role within vmo2 without doing an apprenticeship and without needing any qualifications.

  • occasional work nights out, 6 a side football team which i started with people from work

  • Yes

  • overall good services and good products


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Virgin Media O2?
  • be yourself. the interview process is long, and sometimes you'll feel like you're repeating yourself but just stick with it
