    • running the branch from the front, croaching colleagues and keeping the store safe and great to work in. insureing marketing is done correctly and that the store is kept clean and tidy place to work.

    • yes how to manage people, amd how and why we do marketing.

    • loads of surport from my peers and area manager .

    • loads of check ins with my coach and I could contract him anytime .

    • I think it make you look at the bigger picture and who to do and act as a manager,

    • yes I used lunch time learning about er cases, also area meetings with my peers to get ideas and advise where i needed it.

    • I have learning problems but was helpped all the way through the course, and was still able to be come a branch manager . nice place to work fiendly
