running the branch from the front, croaching colleagues and keeping the store safe and great to work in. insureing marketing is done correctly and that the store is kept clean and tidy place to work.

I think it make you look at the bigger picture and who to do and act as a manager,
yes I used lunch time learning about er cases, also area meetings with my peers to get ideas and advise where i needed it.
