  • I currently work as a Business Value Manager on a client account, working on designing a Virtual Agent and identifying opportunities for automation

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Having come from a hospitality background, I feel like I have learned a substantial amount. I have achieved an ITIL 4 Foundation qualification, developed an understanding of the industry we work in, and propelled my IT skills

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I find that I enjoy the academic learning side of the programme, but I really struggle with the amount of additional admin work

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • For the most part it seems to be organised and structured well - giving us all the dates for each session, the modules are in a logical order, but recently a module was thrown in that felt a little out of place.

  • A great amount, my people manager is wonderful at making sure I take the appropriate amount of time out to complete my work

  • The support is a bit more passive, but it has been good so far

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel like it's helping me to understand what I can do, what is within the limit and how to push the boundaries, which is great in my role as I need to show my skills as a leader

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes! So many! We have regular coffee socials in the office, networking events every so often down south, Rugby teams, and recently organised park runs to fundraise

  • Yes

  • Be honest, have integrity, and show that you are not afraid to get things done
