I currently work as a Business Value Manager on a client account, working on designing a Virtual Agent and identifying opportunities for automation
Having come from a hospitality background, I feel like I have learned a substantial amount. I have achieved an ITIL 4 Foundation qualification, developed an understanding of the industry we work in, and propelled my IT skills
I find that I enjoy the academic learning side of the programme, but I really struggle with the amount of additional admin work
For the most part it seems to be organised and structured well - giving us all the dates for each session, the modules are in a logical order, but recently a module was thrown in that felt a little out of place.
A great amount, my people manager is wonderful at making sure I take the appropriate amount of time out to complete my work
The support is a bit more passive, but it has been good so far
I feel like it's helping me to understand what I can do, what is within the limit and how to push the boundaries, which is great in my role as I need to show my skills as a leader
Yes! So many! We have regular coffee socials in the office, networking events every so often down south, Rugby teams, and recently organised park runs to fundraise

They're the most people centric company I've ever worked for, I really feel like I am a valued member of a strong team here
