The work is slow, there not much work on the site and when there is the job can't be done because of other trades, not all components there or lifting
I have developed my confidence but as there not much work to learn new skill you learn something in the traning school but on site not much
I enjoyed working with different people and learning new things but the communication between BAE and apprentices like placement changes we got told people who haven't moved since the start will be moving then they couldn't. Then they change It and apprentices thatg have more placements got moved so I got moved for the 4 time while other apprentices who haven't moved once stayed in there placement
At the start the organisation wasn't great, and we where all new to the canvue app and learning assistant so we where still figuring it out, and communication was great but now it's improving bit sometimes announcement are put out that are then take off and we don't know what happening
Yes BAE dose support it's apprentices by proving update on the internet of what happening in the business and allows us to Union
There are some big I wish there was more
Yes
You do learn new skill that you can't learn anywhere else
Look into the business and the trade you want and the bae behaviour
