  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the work life balance, however I do not enjoy the CIPS side of things. I much prefer the working side of things rather than the education side of it. I learn more by actually working in my role.

  • For me personally it has been really organised and structured and have manged to cover off a great detail of experience

  • receive full support from my employer. very happy with the support given.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • the sessions that are done are over webex, this is not an ideal way of learning and feel not motivated or engaged to the sessions provided when its been taught from a web cam. They do try their best but I find it chaotic.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • There is sometimes relevance to the role but if being honest it is very rare. It will only be brought into the role if there is a colleague who has done the qualification in the past and they are normally ex apprentices themselves.

  • Yes we are to do stretch activities in which I am involved in a numerous amount of.

  • Yes

  • there is so many opportunities and they provide a really good support towards your development. They recognise you are the future of the business.

  • I would present yourself in a professional way and come across passionate in wanting to develop yourself as a person and also your career.
