    • the program is very structured and you get to meet people and have a lot of support.

    • i get a lot of support from my employer and am constantly developing my skills and knowledge

    • i gain lots of support as i have an AOO and get calls from student support staff

    • there are many such as corporate events, social mobility network, careers fairs and many charity events.

    • it is a top company so you get a lot of learning experience and have the opportunity to connect with the people in senior leadership.
