I had very limited knowledge before starting this apprenticeship. I've now been with VINCI for 7 months and my knowledge has increased greatly, there has been a a good mix of classroom learning and on-site learning.
i have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far.
Everything V|NCI has done has been well organised, however my training provider could be more organised.
I receive lots of support from my employer, this goes through out the company from the site team to the contracts manager.
The in classroom learning content has been good so far and my tutor has been great, he's very responsive and engaging. However there has been a lack of support with regards to knowledge skills and behaviors.
The learning content so far has given me a greater understanding of the industry. However i believe on-site learning has been more beneficial.
yes, there are regional reviews that are interesting to attend.
