  • Assisting the site team with their job roles, completing training that promotes more responsibility such as fire Marshall.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I had very limited knowledge before starting this apprenticeship. I've now been with VINCI for 7 months and my knowledge has increased greatly, there has been a a good mix of classroom learning and on-site learning.

  • i have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far.

  • Everything V|NCI has done has been well organised, however my training provider could be more organised.

  • I receive lots of support from my employer, this goes through out the company from the site team to the contracts manager.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The in classroom learning content has been good so far and my tutor has been great, he's very responsive and engaging. However there has been a lack of support with regards to knowledge skills and behaviors.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The learning content so far has given me a greater understanding of the industry. However i believe on-site learning has been more beneficial.

  • yes, there are regional reviews that are interesting to attend.

  • Yes

  • Its a great company that offers vast amounts of support. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far.

  • Don't be too nervous if you get an interview, as the person likely to do your interview will be welcoming and considerate of your application.
