  • Collaborating with stakeholders, to design, develop and deploy software applications to help work efficiency.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Gained a better understanding of software development with a business environment, I have developed my collaboration skills, I have learned more about the Agile methodology. How to use Mendix rapid application software. Also more about governance and risk assessments .

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The work is challenging, but the expect-ions are clear and very manageable. The support and inclusion so far offered is fantastic. I also really like that the in-work aspects of the program allow for a little freedom and are not completely rigid.

  • I feel the program is well structured and only lacking in regards to a general idea of aspects like time tables around college.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A lot. I feel I am left to work at my own pace and learn at my comfort level, while also being made aware that the support is there and when needed the support is always good and I have been given the appropriate level of support.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We are provided with a good amount of documentation support and made aware we can contact tutors outside of my usually college day, this is great.

  • The qualification is making me aware of aspects not thought of before which i feel will be valuable in the work place.

  • Yes, lots of stretch activities.
