I plan new jobs for people to undertake, creating risk assessments and assessing existing risk assessments. I walk through the factory to see how work is getting on in the factory.
I learnt new practical skills in college on plenty of different practical exercises.
I feel unsupported occasionally, mainly by my college.
Teachers off sick all the time, no good cover teachers to allow us to still learn.
My ada is really good at helping me when im stuck with anything, regarding me, my job, or college progress.
My college assessor is rarely in contact with any of us, and we rarely know what is going on regarding college.
Nothing we do in college relates to the dockyard at all.
There are plenty, however i am too busy outside of work to take part in them.
