In my current team my day to day role involves - inspecting sites (this may include property measuring) - organising and conducting property viewings with interested parties - preparing for and leading client marketing meetings - negotiating heads of terms and guiding the legal process - keeping track of availability and deals done in the market - advising clients - ensuring all property platforms are up to date and preparing property marketing material - responding to property queries
I have developed my confidence and people skills since starting at CBRE due to the industry and work place being very sociable and people orientated. I have developed my time management, organisation, and independence.
I really enjoy the apprenticeship scheme that CBRE offer and feel it is very well organised. I am also given support from all colleagues when required.
The structure of the programme is great. It is very well organised and overseen by a large Next Generation team. Support is at my fingertips.
I receive support whenever needed.
I am surrounded by industry professionals who are always willing to help me towards my qualification goals
