Managing a group of apprentices who are working towards a level 2 customer service qualification. I am responsible for the day to day running of the team including conducting 121's, coaching and feedback as well as managing absence and engagement within the team
By doing my apprenticeship it has allowed me to work on my confidence as a manager and adap to the team I am currently managing
I do enjoy the programme as it is a good opportunity to work on myself and my career
It is very well organized and structured, I am fully aware of deadlines and what I need to be working towards
I receive a lot of support which I am grateful for
I get plenty of support from my training provider and all interactions are positive
