  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • The role involves coming into the depot and working on any flagged faults trackside and maintaining various machines and systems. Overall, it consists of lots of learning, practical and theoretical—some in-person and some online—and learning many new skills every day. The day-to-day work is quite relaxed, but as long as you want to learn new things, there's always work to be done!
