My role within the business is as a HR supervisor that supports the recruitment team in sourcing, screening and assessing candidates for store operations roles across GB and working with the area managers to ensure we recruit the correct calibre of candidates. I support to the team to ensure the candidates meet the standards of the company and find the right fit for various store roles, contributing to a strong and efficient workforce
i have develop on the practical experience in my role as well as more guidance and insights to the industry.
