The apprenticeship helped me to learn more about the different areas of HR Management and I increased my knowledge and understanding being able to continue building my skills and knowledge as a HR manager.
I enjoyed interacting with apprentices from other organisations and learn different work practices. It was also interesting to learn and have a better understanding of the external factors that could impact HR activities and the organisation.
It was very organised, classes where scheduled in advance with plenty of notice, learning materials were shared as needed and the trainer's are available for individual support.
I was able to schedule time for my learning as preferred and was given the opportunity to access different areas of the business as needed. My manager was also available for support when needed.
I received the support needed.
It helped to progress in my role, having a better understanding of different aspects of the business and their impact of the day to day processes implemented to achieve the end objective.
