Yes, I have done a lot of relationship building with colleagues across the business. Learning to be adaptable and prioritise tasks
Very much, I have a good balance of being busy and challenged at work as well as new skills and being given time to study
I have a good structure with 20% time to study
I always know there's support whenever I need it, I have a catch up weekly and can always go to my line manager with questions
There is plenty of support for studies but sometimes I find the reviews somewhat irregular and vague
The theory is vital, I have found myself only half understanding at work but then I hear terms in my studies which I can relate back to
