  • On a day to day basis my job is to lead my team aswell as support my km with any duties that may be needed

  • I have been able to learn many new skills aswell as refine skills that I believe would be beneficial to me in my future as a chef

  • I have really enjoyed my experience as it has allowed me to develop and progress so much in the last year

  • I would say overall it is a very well organised and structured program however does need a few tweaks here and there

  • I have received plenty of help from my employer that has allowed me to do this course

  • I have received plenty of help with work and they are all friendly and kind making sure to check in if you need any further support going above and beyond

  • I believe it has helped me a lot to get a better understanding of my role and develop skills within my area

  • They are all super friendly and make sure to look after you and train you properly to do your job

  • If your not sure about it just go for it, it will help to refine skills aswell as develop ones that you didn’t know you would possibly need
