On a day to day basis my job is to lead my team aswell as support my km with any duties that may be needed
I have been able to learn many new skills aswell as refine skills that I believe would be beneficial to me in my future as a chef
I have really enjoyed my experience as it has allowed me to develop and progress so much in the last year
I would say overall it is a very well organised and structured program however does need a few tweaks here and there
I have received plenty of help from my employer that has allowed me to do this course
I have received plenty of help with work and they are all friendly and kind making sure to check in if you need any further support going above and beyond
I believe it has helped me a lot to get a better understanding of my role and develop skills within my area

They are all super friendly and make sure to look after you and train you properly to do your job
If your not sure about it just go for it, it will help to refine skills aswell as develop ones that you didn’t know you would possibly need
