Lots of irrelevant content that don't relate to my job role whatsoever. For example, learning how to wire a electrical box isn't relevant to my job role but a excel course would be much more useful however wasn't part of the course.

the company yes, the apprenticeship programme i think needs some tweaking then i would recommend it.
