The combination of inspiro learning and on the job learning is a bit messy, especially as academic takes priority over on the job learning. Having more job based training would be beneficial
Employers are very welcoming, knowledgeable and understanding. They will provide any support required.
Training courses are very thorough and all the additional support required is provided, providing you ask for it.
The training provider training covers topics in great depth however a lot of content isnt relevant. Many questions are asked to relate the training to our day to day role.
