  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think my team is very well organised our roles are clear and my team is friendly and work well together however, my role does not match the job description i applied for so I think Unilever should be more conscious of that and perhaps put people in roles that match what they are studying for example I study project management but I work in communications

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There were a few social actitvites with my extended team which I attended , I am unaware about any sports teams, and I was also aware of training sessions which were very useful, I know there was an onboarding team which I joined but I didn't hear about any other groups/ opportunities like these I wish there were more extra-curricular activities we could get involved in maybe there are but I wasn't aware of them maybe if apprentices are given a list of these beforehand to make them aware it would be better

    7/10

  • 9a. Would you recommend Unilever to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Unilever is a great well known company if my friend was looking for an opportunity and I think Unilever would help them/ be suitable I would mention it to them I didn't have any problems throughout my apprenticeship and I had a great time

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Unilever?
  • I would say be yourself and make sure that you will enjoy what you apply for because that is very important don't apply just because you think Unilever will be a great experience which it will be, making sure that your job is enjoyable is important. Make sure you finish your tasks in time as you are in a team and people reply on you, be nice and also make sure to ask questions if you need help, there is nothing wring with asking questions, always speak up!
