  • I enjoy learning and having the opportunity to grow more and get my foot in the door to enter the HR field. • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My program is structured as I have sessions with my apprenticeship provider on a regular basis as well as a day to complete my apprenticeship work once a week giving me the ability to focus more on my apprenticeship. There are times where work does mean I have to sacrifice that day of work experience because of my work load but I do have the opportunity to talk to my line manager weekly about any struggles or a change in routine.
