the training is flexible around my working patterns, there are lots of shadowing opportunities, new knowledge is being acquired frequently, the delivery if flexible and a blend of face-to-face and via Teams which suits my work/shift pattern. Staff are knowledgable and content is relevant to what I expected to learn.
