Plenty. Upon joining I was assigned a Mentor, a Buddy, and a career sponsor. Line Managers are really supportive. Also get help from peers
a fair amount. we can contact the provider at any time and have three different contacts we can talk to. However the response can be slow, and unclear at times
i can clearly see the connection between the theory in my learnings, and how it can be applied in role.

Working at large company you can sometimes got lost as just a number, but at Unilever, you don't feel that way.
Don't try and be something you are not, as at Unilever there is a wide range of personalities and people with different colour codes, which allows it to be the business it is
